HOW TO REFRESH SOURDOUGH

If your loaf is a few days old or has been frozen, here’s how to bring it back to life:

  1. Run the loaf quickly under water, just enough to dampen the crust.

  2. Place it straight on the oven rack in a 400°F oven for 8-10 minutes.

  3. Remove, let it cool slightly before slicing.
